Classroom Management: Starting on the Right Foot - Ron Gugula
Ron Gugula is a teacher who retired from the position of Executive Assistant with the Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario.
He served as the Staff Development Coordinator for the Durham Board of Education, as well as the program committee chair for Durham Elementary and Secondary Administrators' Association Professional Development Committee
As early as 1994, Ron worked on the New Teacher Induction program, facilitated conferences on Action Research for school based teams, and co-planned administrative in-service focusing on the implementation of the Durham Board of Education Anti-Racist Plan.
