Stress Management - Sharron Stasuik

Sharron Stasuik
Sharron Stasuik is a course director at Brock University in Hamilton, Ontario. She has been giving stress management workshops for the past twenty years. Sharron is well known for entertaining and informing her audiences. Though her message is essentially a very serious one - stress, after all, affects us all - Sharron provides her audience with one of the healthiest ways to learn to deal with stress: good tears-in-the eyes, pain-in-the-side laughter?aimed at ourselves, and life in general.

Some additional information:

Sharron was head of special education at General Brock High School, Burlington, Ontario. She is a graduate of McMaster University, and is presently course director for Brock University's special education courses at the Hamilton campus. Sharron is also presently involved with special education distance education at OISE/UT.

Sharron was nominated by the Status of Women committee in Hamilton for "Woman in the Workplace". She was also nominated by the staff and students of her school for the Toronto Sun Teacher of the Year in April 1997, and was named one of the ten teachers of the year by the Toronto Sun in May 1997
